These terms explain how orders work at Ponchico. By placing an order, you agree to the shop policies shown here and during checkout.

Handmade items

Ponchico pieces are handmade in small batches. Tiny variations, texture differences, and small imperfections can happen and are part of the handmade character.

Product photos

Photos are shown as accurately as possible, but colors can look different depending on lighting and screen settings.

Orders

An order is created when checkout is submitted. If online payment is not active yet, the order stays pending until Ponchico sends payment instructions and confirms payment.

Pre-orders and made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order and pre-order items need production time before shipment. If you buy ready-to-ship items with a pre-order, everything may ship together when the custom piece is complete.

Cancellations

Contact Ponchico as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Custom, personalized, or already-shipped orders may not be cancellable.

Website availability

Ponchico may update products, prices, policies, and site features when needed.
