Returns and refunds

Please contact Ponchico quickly if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact Ponchico with your order number and clear photos of the package and item.

Custom and handmade pieces

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and one-of-a-kind pieces may not be returnable unless there is a clear issue with the order.

Return condition

If a return is accepted, items should be unused and returned with protective packaging. Return shipping instructions will be provided before anything is sent back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and checked, or after a damaged/incorrect order is reviewed.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs and return shipping may not be refundable unless Ponchico made a mistake with the order.
